Good morning! Starting my day right🥤 I remember I used to have pastries and juice for breakfast...it filled me up for an hour._. And would crash 3 hours after. Above that, it wasn’t very nutritious or financially savy; spending $10-15 a day😱(including lunch).

For the past 5 years, I’ve had my shake as breakfast and never felt better😇 more energy, appetite under control and healthy inside & out🤘🏼

When you start to visualize what you want in your life, you forget about the outside world and what’s happening around you and only focus on what’s happening inside you. That’s when you know you don’t just want it, you have to have it!

20% done🏋🏼‍♂️ time for our 80% 🥗🍗If you follow this rule... results are guaranteed! A lot of times we focus on killing ourselves at the gym but neglect what we eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner ~ keep in mind having good nutritional habits with create a heathy lifestyle(think long-term)

LOOKING FOR 5 people who want results🤘🏼:: Woah🙈 I was definitely looking like a chipmunk🐿 It’s crazy when you look back at the old photos and see how much progress i’ve made. Still working on progressing but gotta say my cravings are almost zero and i don’t get crazy hungry like i used to. My energy is up, my clothes are fitting loose (some shorts are falling), and feeling great overall; i can’t take all the credit...when you have a good nutrition program with all the essential vitamins/minerals/proteins it’s hard not to get results💪🏼😊 DM me to get started!!
