FIU Law students are exploring Seville!
Our study abroad students recently had an exclusive private tour of Seville’s breathtaking Archivo General de Indias, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that houses one of the most significant collections of documents on the history of the Spanish Empire in the Americas.
As part of their coursework, students learned about the legal structures relied upon by Spanish explorers in the Americas and the innovative practices that shaped transatlantic trade for centuries.
An unforgettable way to connect legal history, global perspective, and the city around them.
