What if your doctor prescribed a choir… instead of a pill?

Around the world, a powerful shift is happening: social connection is becoming medicine.

From art studios and walking clubs to dance classes and music therapy, “social prescribing” is gaining traction as a proven way to boost both mental and physical health.

🇬🇧 The UK is leading the charge, with the NHS delivering 5.5+ million social prescriptions since 2019
🇳🇱 The Netherlands has been ahead of the curve for 15+ years, funding activities like cycling and museum visits
🇺🇸 In the U.S., Social Prescribing USA is working toward nationwide access by 2035

And the science backs it: people who engage in creative activities at least once a month are 50% less likely to develop depression.

This isn’t a trend—it’s a movement.
One that’s redefining care as connection, creativity, and community.
