To be the organization that best understands and advocates for low-income children and families in our community. Llirraf’O, Inc.

d/b/a O’Farrill Learning Center is a non-profit, community based organization that has provided high quality child care and social services since 1996. These services include providing developmentally appropriate activities to stimulate growth in all children, ensuring school readiness for preschool children entering Kindergarten, providing year-round reinforcement to achieve scores of excellence

on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) for school age children, and assisting low-income families achieve stability and self-sufficiency. Service areas encompass education, nutrition, health, social services, fitness, social skills, mental health and disabilities. O’Farrill Learning Center has been accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) since 1999 and has received a 5-star rating from the "Quality Counts" Initiative. Our agency prides itself in partnering with the community and voicing the positive impact social services programs have on all those involved. Outreach and referral services are conducted in coordination with local businesses, community based organizations, county health and social service agencies, public schools, and others
