In recognition of Occupational Therapy Month, we would like to take a moment to highlight the importance of scholarly engagement and professional representation within our field.

We are proud to share that our MSOT students presented their research at Nova Southeastern University this week. This accomplishment reflects not only their dedication and hard work, but also their commitment to advancing the profession of occupational therapy through evidence-based practice and knowledge dissemination.

Participation in research and professional presentations is a critical component of the students' development as future practitioners. It aligns with our program's expectations and reinforces the role of occupational therapists as contributors to the growing body of evidence that informs clinical practice.

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Tana Carson, Dr. Ellen Modlin, and Dr. Amy Paul-Ward for their mentorship, guidance, and continued dedication to fostering student scholarship. Their efforts have been instrumental in making these opportunities possible.
