Nature never clings to a season past its time.
The rose doesn’t mourn every fallen petal.
It trusts the cycle.
It understands that pruning creates space for stronger roots, fuller blooms, and new life.
We’re being invited into that same wisdom right now.
So many people are waking up to the realities their nervous systems attached to long ago —
patterns formed through family conditioning,
attachment wounds,
survival strategies,
roles they learned to play to feel safe, loved, chosen, or enough.
And eventually there comes a moment where the body can no longer keep carrying what the soul has outgrown.
It takes tremendous courage to move away from old attachments.
To choose differently than the systems that shaped you.
To stop recreating familiar pain simply because it feels familiar.
But often, the way we left ourselves is the way we find our way back in.
Through awareness.
Through being witnessed.
Through finally allowing ourselves to fully feel what was never safe to feel before.
The wound begins to close when the full cycle is allowed to complete.
And what once felt like an ending becomes a true rite of passage.
And when that happens, you begin functioning differently.
Choosing differently.
Living differently.
Clean cuts help the rose grow stronger.
Maybe the same is true for us too.
Buy yourself roses.
Watch them bloom.
Watch them soften.
Watch them die.
And when they do, offer them back to the earth.
Endings are sacred.
They clear the ground for the life that’s trying to grow through you. 🥀
