Today, we raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and remind ourselves of the importance of caring for our brains at every stage of life.
While there is no guaranteed way to prevent Alzheimer’s, healthy habits in our daily lives can support overall brain health. Staying physically active, eating a balanced diet, getting enough quality sleep, staying socially connected, managing stress, and keeping our minds engaged can all contribute to lifelong brain health.
That’s why Senior Tech Connect is so passionate about helping older adults feel comfortable and confident with technology. By teaching seniors how to use the digital tools around them, we help open doors to connection, learning, engagement, and participation—things that can be especially valuable as we age.
