Direct composite restoration 😱🌟

This is a temporary restoration before getting a post/core and crown in the near future. The tooth has been previously endo treated so the composite buildup was used to protect the remaining tooth structure. The composite was also attached to the neighboring teeth to increase the retention.

“Worn Dentition and Posterior Onlays” primarily deals with teeth that have been eroded due to acid, wear, abrasion, etc. This technique serves to provide full mouth rehab (for generalized wear). Utilizing no-prep composite palatal veneers we are able to increase the VDO and resurface the posterior teeth with minimal prep adhesive onlays. Thereby, enhancing the esthetic and functional aspects of a patient’s dentition.
