Spartan Dance

The course enhances our students’ dance technique in Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Tap.

Our Miami Country Day School dance program provides a foundation in dance that introduces the creative process of self-exploration, group interaction, and the cognizance of rhythmic musicality. The students commit to learning a variety of warm-up preparations and choreographed pieces, learning diverse dance vocabulary and movements. As they progress, the students are given the opportunity to perform at our Evening of Dance and Evening of the Arts, both in the spring.
