Our teams have won State Championships in: Crew (1), Cross Country (12), Swimming (7), Tennis (1), Water Polo (3), Track and Field (1), and Soccer (2).

Last night we honored the accomplishments of our middle school athletes! Congratulations to our Wolverines on a year filled with tremendous success. A special congratulations to the following students who earned our end of the year honors. Andre Lorenzo earned the Scholar-Athlete of the Year award. Eduardo Navarro earned the Carlos Barquín Sportsman of the Year award. Ian Rake earned the Most Accomplished Athlete award. Congratulations to all of our Wolverines and our on a fantastic year of !

What a weekend for Belen Crew! At the SRAA Scholastic National Championships, our student-athletes delivered a performance that made the entire Belen community proud.

Competing against 429 entries from 149 schools, the team excelled bringing home one gold, one silver, and one bronze medal across three entries. This achievement reflects more than speed on the water—it speaks to the commitment, brotherhood, and perseverance that define Belen athletics. From early-morning practices to championship racing, these young men represented our school with excellence and inspired pride among students, families.

Congratulations to our rowers and coaches for an incredible National Championship weekend. Your hard work, resilience, and commitment continue to set the standard and remind us all what it means to be part of the Belen legacy. Go Wolverines!

Congratulations to Adrian Navarro ’26 who was named Lacrosse Player of the Year by the Miami Herald! Adrian led the Wolverines from the Long Stick Midfield position contributing greatly on offense and defense. Great job, Adrian!

Last Friday, the Wolverines defeated Varela 35-0 in the Spring Game! These Wolverines are preparing for a great 26-27 season and this the perfect first step to building a strong program! Angelo Mora-Echeverry rushed for 2 touchdowns. Marcelo Perez and Henry Brumfield each rushed for 1 touchdown. Jake McFarlin threw a touchdown to Michael Vega.

On May 16, the Middle School track team took the field at the FLYRA State Meet and left everything on the track. The team was led by the 4x800m relay, who were crowned Private School State Champions with a time of 8:47. The relay consisted of Mateo Cardenal, Michelangelo Durante, Jake Rubiera, and Mathias Urdaneta. The team was also proudly represented by Gabriel Perez, Aiden Cruz, and Christopher Cuesta. Congratulations to the entire team for their hard work and dedication this season!
