The type of WORK that you can do with an exercise ball only. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED how conditioned you have to be to do certain movements . We get so used to moving in linear patterns we 4get about other ways and directions to move in. We focus so much on how much he/she can lift focusing on feeding the ego and looking cool. But their is little movements that we need to spend more time in to IMPROVE ON THE "COOL" EGODRIVEN MOVEMENTS
