Come check out Yoga with Nona at the ✨Dogs + Yoga Fundraising Event✨ benefiting the University of Miami's Child and Adolescent Mood and Anxiety Treatment (CAMAT) Program and Picolini's Animal Rescue!

Join us for a paws-itively fun time at Paws & Tails Dog Daycare, located in Brickell at 620 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33130 (inside the Paws & Tails private dog park) from 10am-12pm on Saturday, December 7th, 2024. 🐕🦴

⬇️ DETAILS BELOW:

☀️This outdoor event contains two distinct segments. The yoga class from 10am - 11am is ticketed ($50), and the coffee social hour from 11am - 12pm is free.

💞The ticketed portion of this event will raise vital funds to support research on no-cost, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder concerns in our local community at the University of Miami's CAMAT Program, as well as the mission of Picolini's Animal Rescue.

👉🏽Ticketed Event: Yoga Class (10am - 11am)
During this capped portion of the event, 25 lucky people will get to do downward dog together with adoptable dogs from 10am-11am during a 1-hour yoga class.

👉🏽Free Event: Coffee Social Hour (11am - 12pm)
Open to all, enjoy light refreshments during our social hour while you get the opportunity to mingle with adoptable dogs from Picolini's Animal Rescue. ☕️🧋

✅What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat to this outdoor event if you are purchasing a class ticket.

Calling all Miami yogis! I’m excited to announce a collaboration with Run Little Havana. Join us for our first Strides and Stretches event, Sat 6/24. Run Little Havana will be leading a 2 mile run at 7:30 AM, followed by a 30 min yoga session hosted by Yoga with Nona at 8:15 AM.

Bring your own yoga mat. Class is donation based and open to all with no prior registration needed. If you would like to be entered into a raffle to receive a free foam roller, register on Sweat Pals app linked below.

Miami Yogis! Now that classes are out of session at the University of Miami, Yoga with Nona will be taking a brief hiatus. Beach yoga classes will return this summer in mid-June, summer dates will be announced soon. Follow this page for more updates and I’ll see everyone soon.

Looking for a way to give back for the holidays? I’ll be hosting a special yoga class on O’ahu this Friday, Dec 30, to raise money for a local Hawaiian charity. 100% of your donations will go to Ho'ōla Nā Pua, an organization helping children who have been the victims of s*x- trafficking in Hawai’i.
