Our client, a leading Kindergarten in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia, is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager for multiple branches of the Kindergarten.

Purpose of the Role

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading transformational initiatives that elevate the kindergarten. The role focuses on innovation setting policies and systems for best practices and continuous improvement across all branches; enhancing learning experiences, teaching quality, school culture, and parent satisfaction beyond basic compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Quality & Excellence

• Design and lead a quality roadmap and run quality audits across all KG branches.
• Continuously benchmark against leading local and international early years models and adapt best practices creatively.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows that ensure consistent, high-quality results
• ⁠Monitor and supervise the external accreditation process by presenting accreditation options to senior management, liaising with the accrediting body, and developing audit timelines and scopes.

Innovation & Initiatives

Propose, pilot, and scale innovative initiatives that enhance:
• Child learning experiences
• Teaching practices and classroom environments
• Parent engagement and satisfaction
• School culture and wellbeing
• Community outreach and expansion. (evening utilization, programs for the community...etc)

Educational Excellence

Work closely with academic leaders to elevate:
• Teaching quality and pedagogy
• ⁠Classroom engagement and learning environments
• ⁠Observation, feedback, and coaching practices
• ⁠Identify high-impact practices and replicate them across branches.

Culture of Excellence

• Build a mindset of ownership, pride, and continuous improvement among leaders and teachers.
• ⁠Empower principals and teachers to think beyond “minimum requirements”.
• ⁠Celebrate excellence, innovation, and success stories across branches.

Improvement & Impact Tracking

• Track the impact of initiatives on child outcomes, staff performance, and parent feedback.
• Use data, surveys, observations, and insights to refine and improve initiatives continuously.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with operations, HR, and training teams to ensure initiatives are sustainable.
• Act as a thought partner to school leaders, supporting them in driving innovation.
• Present improvement insights, success stories, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Leadership, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in early childhood education, school improvement, or educational leadership.
• Proven experience leading school improvement or innovation initiatives across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of high-quality early years pedagogy and child development.

Program Details:

- Star Date: 12th April 2026
- End Date: 20th May 2026
- Teaching Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Teaching Times: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM – Saudi Local Time
- Student Levels: Beginner and Intermediate

Requirements:

- Proven experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language to learners aged 10–15

A leading kindergarten in early childhood education, preparing to open its new branch in Riyadh – Qurtubah District is seeking a Saudi Kindergarten Principal with strong experience and proven capability in establishing new kindergartens and ensuring high-quality operations from day one.
