It's a good day here Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami!! At least 33% of Americans are stressed because of financial debt. This will not be the story for our participants today. Students have learned to research scholarships, apply for financial aid, and budget their money.

Today we kicked off our first inaugural Big Brothers Big Sisters College Institute!! Here we have Leah Messing preppping our scholars to write excellent college essays ✍️

So proud of our FIU interns who graduated this past weekend from the school of social work. This trio has dedicated the past few months volunteering as mentors to our TSIC Scholars, and have agreed to continue mentoring even after graduation! You ladies are amazing and we are extremely proud of you. We wish you much success!
