No matter how you feel about it or what side of the ledger you are on, AI is here to stay.
Our job as educators is to catch up and stay ahead of the technology as much as possible so we can properly monitor it, guide the use of it, and teach students how to use it responsibly and ethically. AI will be a part of our educational system moving forward, and the educators who learn it now will be better prepared to lead tomorrow.
Do not wait until the technology leaves you behind. Get ahead of it now. Learn it. Understand it. Help shape it for the betterment of teaching and learning.
The future of education is already here.

Data conversations mean absolutely nothing if they never lead to instructional action.
Too many schools, organizations, and leadership teams spend hours talking about numbers, charts, percentages, and spreadsheets while students continue to struggle in classrooms with no real change taking place.
The purpose of data is not to impress people in meetings. The purpose of data is to change instruction, improve teaching, identify student needs, create interventions, and move children forward.
If the conversation does not lead to:
• targeted instruction
• intervention plans
• reteaching strategies
• urgency
• accountability
• student support
• and measurable action
…then it is simply another meeting.
Great educators do not just analyze data. Great educators respond to it.
Instructional leadership requires courage to act, discipline to adjust, and commitment to do what is best for students even when the work becomes uncomfortable.
Stop celebrating conversations.
Start celebrating results, growth, interventions, and instructional action.
Children deserve movement, not meetings.

At RJS Educational Solutions, we believe great leadership starts with continuous learning, reflection, and growth.
I have read many of these books and strongly recommend them to educational leaders, aspiring administrators, teachers, coaches, mentors, and anyone committed to building stronger schools and stronger people.
Here are 6 books educational leaders should consider reading:
1. The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek
A powerful reminder that leadership is about vision, purpose, and building something that lasts beyond ourselves.
2. Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek
A must read on trust, culture, teamwork, and creating environments where people feel valued and protected.
3. Drive by Daniel H. Pink
Excellent insight into motivation, purpose, autonomy, and high performance.
4. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni
One of the best books I have ever read on teamwork, communication, accountability, and organizational culture.
5. The Leader in Me by Stephen R. Covey
A tremendous book for developing leadership capacity in students and creating ownership within schools.
6. The Power of Positive Leadership by Jon Gordon
A strong reminder that positive leadership, energy, and culture can transform organizations.
Reading matters. Growth matters. Leadership matters.
Continue to educate, empower, and elevate.

Leadership is more than managing tasks. True leadership inspires vision, builds trust, develops people, and creates meaningful impact.
At RJS Educational Solutions, we believe the strongest organizations are built when management systems and leadership values work together to elevate people and performance.
This visual represents the difference between simply overseeing work and truly empowering individuals to grow, lead, and succeed.

RJS Educational Solutions is proud to launch a national partnership and sponsorship with the Flavorful Foundation’s Literacy System.
This exciting collaboration delivers a dynamic K–12 approach that tailors literacy, writing, interventions, and professional development to your state’s literacy standards. Grounded in the Science of Reading, the system is designed to strengthen instruction, support educators, and accelerate student achievement.
While individual components such as professional development, writing, reading, and interventions can be purchased as stand-alone options, we strongly advocate for full implementation. The true power of this system is realized when it is implemented in totality as a comprehensive literacy framework.
This is a powerful opportunity to make a real impact and close the achievement gap together.
Let’s Grow.

Strong leadership is not about titles. It is about actions, accountability, and impact.
These 10 laws are simple, but they are powerful. When applied consistently, they transform teams, cultures, and outcomes.
Own the outcome.
Lead with clarity.
Listen with intention.
Model the standard.
Care about people.
That is how real leadership shows up every day.
At RJS Educational Solutions, we focus on building leaders who produce results and develop people at the same time.
Let’s Grow.

LEAD THROUGH IT. THE NOISE IS NOT THE MISSION.
Every leader faces it…
Rumors. Complaints. Negativity. People who are hard to work with.
But understand this clearly:
You cannot control the noise.
You can control your focus, your response, and your impact.
Stay locked in on your why.
Build your circle.
Set the standard.
Do not engage in distractions.
Lead what you can control.
Celebrate progress.
This work is bigger than personalities.
This work is about students.
Keep moving forward.
They may be the noise today, but your leadership becomes their legacy tomorrow.
The noise is temporary. Your impact is forever.

April is Autism Awareness Month, and it is a time for us to lead with understanding, compassion, and love.
Every student, every child, and every individual deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. Inclusive practices are not optional, they are essential. They remind us that differences are not deficits, they are strengths that make our communities richer and stronger.
Let us continue to create spaces where everyone belongs, where every voice matters, and where every learner has the opportunity to thrive.
Together, we celebrate inclusion. Together, we uplift one another.
