Full Job Description:
Clever Minds Preschool and Learning Center is looking for several team members who have a heart for wanting to guide children academically, emotionally and spiritually. We are searching for fun, bright, enthusiastic and hard-working Preschool, Early Childhood, Lead Teachers and Teacher’s aids, to join an excellent team that prides itself on ensuring the safety, education and development of our children. JOB DUTIES:
Create and deliver lesson plans, implement school curriculum, and assess developmental needs of students, to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives.
Maintain a healthy and safe environment.
Communicate positively with students, parents and staff.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be willing to complete a Background Check
