Thanks to SGA's efforts, the microwaves on the 9th floor have been replaced, and those on the 2nd floor have been cleaned. Let's do our part by keeping them tidy, as they won't be replaced again. We appreciate your cooperation!

✨ARTIST OF THE WEEK✨

Mackenzie Rogan (

Mackinzie Rogan (she/they/he) is a sophomore in the BFA Musical Theatre program at NWSA. Mackinzie is from Palm Coast where her love for theatre started, and has been doing musical theatre for 7 years. She loves to tell the stories of the characters she plays and bring them to life, and even sometimes writes their own. Mackinzie has also acquired an appreciation for the technical side of theatre, such as costumes and stage management.

Our Artist of the Week!

Carlyn Pysell, she/her, dance division freshman, ✨ ✨

Carlyn started ballet training when she was 2 years old. Over the past 16 years, she has trained in many different styles, including ballet/pointe, jazz, tap, musical theater, modern, contemporary, and historical dance. For high school, she attended the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities, a boarding school for the arts in Greenville, SC. She plans to complete her BFA in dance performance and pursue a professional career in contemporary ballet.

Tomorrow marks the beginning of De-stress Week! Stop by the the lobby and enjoy a warm cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or tea. It's a nice little treat to sip on as you get ready for juries. 😊

Tatiana Torres

My name is Tatiana Torres, and I’m a freshman in the dance division. I am working toward earning my BFA in dance. I have always been captivated by dance from a young age. I train at my home studio, TAME Dance Academy, where I study contemporary, jazz, modern, ballet, hip-hop, and tap. I strive to become a professional dancer and dance teacher someday.

Néstor loves performing in all aspects of Musical Theatre. One of his favorite parts of theatre is stage combat and acting through song. When he’s not on set, he enjoys spending time with friends, watching movies, or working on improving his ballet skills. His favorite movies are *Interstellar* and *Star Wars*, and his favorite musical is *Next to Normal*.

You can catch him as Count Ludovic in NWSA’s production of *Passion* the musical on November 7, 8, 14, and 15.
