Is mindset important and do you have a mindset that serves you well?

What you believe will determine your potential. Your potential will determine the action you take. The level of action you take will determine what kind of results you get.

Starting with a strong belief system can have great impact on the results you get.
For the New Year. What would it be like if you were able to have a complete shift in your mindset?

Let's begin with writing down some of your beliefs. Like:

What beliefs do I have about relationships?
What do you believe to be true about money?
How do you believe you should be living?

Some questing to get you started. After, ask yourself. When did I start to believe this? Who told me this that I thought it was true?

You'll be surprised on how some beliefs you have are not of your own but of someone around you, something you heard or saw in the past. It became a belief at such a your age that you never questioned it and it became your truth or reality.

Have you ever wondered about your limited identity or disempowering statements?

🚫 Statement like "The Monster in me" or "I'm my worst enemy" or "I need to stop being a little B!%&H".

❔Do you know what causes people to use such limited and self destructive language?

⚕ The unconscious mind is extremely powerful. It is always seeking to preserve (protect) the human body or seek the path of least resistance (easy way out).

🚸Limiting identity statements like the ones mentioned above simply state we are in a place that may require us to step out or expanding our comfort zone.

⚠️ "I'm my worst enemy" sounds like you're about to step out of your comfort zone. However, the thought of doing so may create a sense of fear. For others, the wanting to break an unwanted pattern or habit can become difficult. Especially when you're required to step away from the familiar and step into the unfamiliar (the unknown).

💯 Understanding the way your mind operates can make life much easier and enjoyable. Knowing no monster is in you or you're really not your worst enemy. You're truly your best friend. Your thoughts, emotions, and actions are simply protecting you from what it assumes might put you in risk.

Risk can mean emotional or physical pain. Some such as failure or rejection. Ask yourself: Is this danger or am I stepping out of my comfort zone?
