I am resetting this space.
Not to start over.
To bring this page into closer alignment with who I am now, what I see more clearly, and how I want to serve.
StrategistCoach is evolving into a more focused space for growth, mindset, reinvention, and honest conversations about what it really takes to move forward with clarity.
Less noise.
More substance.
More truth.
More direction.
If you are in a season of growth, change, or realignment, you are in the right place.

Women don’t need more competition - we need connection.
We’ve all fought the same quiet wars:
raising men who never grew up,
doing more for less,
watching youth get treated like currency,
pretending we’re fine while holding the world together.
We don’t need to fake strength to prove it.
We need to stand with women who see us - who get it.
To share the truth behind the smile, to remind each other we’re not crazy, we’re conditioned.
Women should help women heal, because no one else sees the full story the way we do.
If this hit home, share it with a woman who’s carried more than she ever said out loud. We rise better when we rise together.

Validation used to feel like oxygen.
Every post, every project, every success was another breath of proof that I was enough.
But the truth is, the world will always be loud. Everyone’s trying to be heard, seen, liked, followed. You can lose yourself chasing echoes.
Real confidence isn’t silence — it’s discernment.
It’s knowing when to speak, what deserves your voice, and what no longer needs your energy.
When you stop performing for approval, you start creating from purpose.
That’s when strategy meets peace.

If your growth has stalled, it’s not because you’re lazy or untalented.
It’s because you’re missing half the equation.
🚀 Strategy without mindset burns you out.
🧠 Mindset without strategy keeps you stuck.
I just wrote about how to bring both together so you can finally move forward — whether you’re leaving corporate, starting over after 35, or building your first business.

Why Growth Requires Both Strategy and Mindset
I help people grow, not only their businesses, but their capacity to hold the next level without breaking themselves in the process.

If you’re struggling with things that you want to change but having a hard time getting over the line. Look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if I saw this character on tv, what would I think of them. If this character is not who you want to be or not who you know you can be , change the narrative. You’re in control.
This one’s for the people stuck in their dirt.
Brush that sh-t off your shoulder, grow a set of balls and change your life.
Stop complainng. Just do it.
Yes it can be that easy if you let go of the shame and fear.

Some people may still prefer the version of you that you’ve already outgrown.
And truth is you might still be serving that version.
Out of habit.
Out of guilt.
Out of old survival patterns.
But you’re allowed to evolve.
You’re allowed to stop performing who you used to be
just to stay palatable in someone else’s story.
Let them miss the old you.
She was necessary… but she’s no longer in charge.
Release what no longer reflects your power.

I’ve been watched, praised, judged, and underestimated — all at the same time.
But I’m not here to be consumed.
I’m here to be experienced.
I’m not performing growth.
I’m living it, with all the lessons, losses, and clarity that come with it.
This isn’t just about business.
This is about life, relationships, and the mindset it takes to rebuild when no one claps.
To rise without the stage.
To lead even when it’s quiet.
I’ve alchemized what I’ve lived.
That’s what I offer. Strategy grounded in lived experience, not just theory.
This is my reintroduction.
Unfiltered. Direct.
Still the lioness, but no longer just the muse.
If you’re ready to grow from the inside out, I’m right here.

Trait 1. They Have Overachiever Tendencies
I recently finished writing a book on this topic of perfectionism and overachieving tendencies that we, as abused or neglected children, wear as a shield of armor.
Stay tuned for my book drop in May.

Hardships Don’t Define You — Endurance Does
Let’s get one thing straight: Struggling doesn’t make you weak. Enduring doesn’t make you broken. And there is no shame in having walked through fire just to stand here today.
Too often, we’re taught to hide our pain, to “power through” in silence, to wear the mask of perfection. But the truth is, the strongest people you know—the most successful, grounded, and wise—have weathered storms most will never see.
Hardship is not a flaw. It’s part of the blueprint that built your strength.
Endurance is the quiet, persistent refusal to give up—even when everything feels like it’s falling apart.
So wherever you are on your journey, honor it. You don’t need to explain your scars or justify your survival. You are not behind. You are becoming.
There’s power in enduring. There’s growth in every chapter. And there is never shame in walking a hard road and still choosing to rise.
Let this be your reminder: You’re doing better than you think. Keep going.

“The loudest one in the room is the clown.”
A sharp line from a cult classic film, but also a timeless truth in business and leadership. Those who command attention with volume often lack the substance to sustain it. True influence isn’t about noise—it’s about strategy, ex*****on, and results.
I see it all the time:
☑️The professional who constantly broadcasts their success yet struggles to achieve meaningful growth.
📰The entrepreneur who speaks in grand visions but never builds the foundation to support them.
📢The leader who monopolizes conversations but fails to inspire real action.
The real power players? They move with quiet confidence. They observe, they listen, and they execute. Their results speak louder than words ever could.
In a world that rewards attention, remember: noise is temporary, but impact endures.
What’s your take—does quiet confidence still hold its power in today’s world?

You Don’t Know Jack 🤷♀️
Ever played You Don’t Know Jack? That game where you think you know the answers, but you really don’t?
Life is kinda like that. We see people, guess who they are, and think we know their story. But do we?
• The businessman who secretly paints amazing pictures 🎨.
• The salesman who spends weekends building furniture by hand 🛠️.
• The friend who isn’t running on a track, but running through life’s struggles every single day 🏃♂️.
And then there are the fakers—the ones who post the perfect pictures, say the right things, and make themselves look important. Meanwhile, the real talent? The real hard workers? They stay quiet, unnoticed.
Social media makes it easy to judge people by what they show. But what about what they don’t?
Makes you think… how many people around you have talents you never knew about? And what about you? What’s something you do that people would never guess?
Tell me in the comments—I want to know! 👇
