In 2024, we delivered 57 sessions with a 98% satisfaction rate and a 98% reattend rate. But we’re not stopping there. We are building momentum and creating even greater impact starting today.

It’s easy to blame student disengagement on lack of discipline, low motivation, or poor attitudes.

But I’ve seen and studied that it’s often rooted in something much deeper—students who feel disconnected, who don’t see the relevance in what they’re learning, or who lack the support they need to thrive. I felt a deep shift in my teaching when I started focusing on building real connections and creating an environment where students felt understood and valued. That’s when true engagement began.

I feel strongly that it’s not just about what we teach, but how we make students feel in the classroom.
