✨ Meet the newest addition to the MindPrepCo team ✨

Growing in the best way 💛 I’ve added a new educator to support our students.

I’m so happy to welcome Ms. Lucas! She brings over 10 years of experience working with children and has a strong background in reading comprehension, math, writing, and test prep, while also helping students build confidence along the way.

As MindPrepCo continues to grow, I’ve been VERY intentional about who I bring on—she aligns with the level of care, structure, and expectations our students deserve.

She’ll be supporting sessions while following the MindPrepCo method and approach. 📚

I remain closely involved to ensure every student continues to receive the same level of support, intention, and results.

📍 Grades 1st–6th
📍 Limited spots available as we head into testing season

Message me for more details. 🫶🏼

🚨 FAST Tip: Main Idea Questions (Don’t Get Tricked!)

Parents — your child might understand main idea… but still get it wrong on the FAST.

And it’s not because they can’t read.

It’s because the test doesn’t always ask:
👉 “What is the main idea?”

It shows up in different ways — and that’s where students get confused.

✨ It’s the SAME skill every time: MAIN IDEA

Once students recognize that, everything starts to click:
✔️ Less confusion
✔️ Better answers
✔️ More confidence

⸻

📚 Best for: 3rd & 4th grade (early 5th grade review)

💡 Try this at home:
Ask your child:
“What is this mostly about?”
“What keeps coming up again and again?”

⸻

FAST is a little over a month away — now is the time to focus on strategy, not just practice.

📩 Message me “FAST” to reserve a spot.

✨ Save this so your child doesn’t get tricked on test day.

anyone need a FAST strategy breakdown or want to analyze reading passages with me?? 😅📚

Cold reads used to feel scary… until confidence kicked in 💪📚

Today, one of my students thought she’d miss a few questions—and ended up getting ALL of them right on TWO passages 😭✨

This is what steady practice + the right strategies can do.
So proud of her growth 💚

Let’s break it down—literally! 😄

When we divide, every number has a job:

👉 Dividend = gets divided
👉 Divisor = does the dividing
👉 Quotient = the final answer(sum)

Perfect for a quick review before math practice! ✏️

My student visited the Anne Frank House in Holland this week, and my heart is so full. 🌍

It’s one thing to read history — it’s another to walk through it.

So proud of her for taking it all in. 💛📚
