Providing individual support to all ages, and organizational support for companies and schools.

06/06/2025

So many individuals fall into the space between “capable” and “stuck.”

They need more support than a school or clinic can provide alone, especially when it comes to executive functioning, emotional regulation, or career readiness.

At Keymaker Services, we partner with professionals to support youth and adults in ways that complement the work you’re already doing.

No one can do it all alone. If you’re looking for a trusted referral option, we’re here.

➡️ A student showing up to a session with their calendar already open.
➡️ An adult texting me before they miss the deadline.
➡️ A parent saying, “I didn’t have to remind them this week.”

Not perfect.
Not polished.
But real.

At 𝗞𝗲𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, we don’t expect transformation overnight.
We build systems, not just schedules.
We focus on rhythm, not rigidity.
And we remind families that progress doesn’t always look loud but it always matters.

If your youth/adult is smart, capable, and still stuck, we can work on that.
And if you’re a parent who's tired of playing project manager and emotional regulator, we see you.

📍 Let’s talk:

Growth doesn’t happen in isolation and neither does support.

When I work with a student or young adult, I’m not just thinking about their goals. I’m thinking about who’s walking alongside them at home.

Because when families and support system members are part of the process…

➡️ Skills stick longer
➡️ Accountability feels shared, not forced
➡️ Communication actually starts to open up

At Keymaker Services, we don’t just coach students.

We collaborate with parents, guardians and partners to:

✅ Reinforce strategies that work at home
✅ Align on shared goals
✅ Build communication tools that create trust not tension

This isn’t about telling families how to parent. It’s about making sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction.

📍 Let’s build the kind of support system that helps your youth/adult grow and helps you breathe a little easier.

I’ve heard some versions of this line too many times to count.

It’s not because parents weren’t paying attention.
It’s not because teachers didn’t care.
It’s because a lot of struggle in the youth/adult looks quiet.

It looks like:

→ A student who “seems fine” but never turns things in
→ A teen who’s “just not motivated” but is overwhelmed
→ A young adult who’s “smart” but can’t stay on track

And for parents who are high-performing professionals themselves, it can feel deeply confusing.
“I know how to lead a team, manage a business, or handle crisis but I don’t know how to help my kid/partner/self with this.”

At Keymaker Services, we step into that space.

We work on what’s underneath the shutdown, the shutdowns, the missed deadlines, the self-doubt.

We build structure, strategy, and skill, and we bring the family into that process, not leave them out.

This isn’t about fixing.
It’s about supporting young people in a way that makes sense for them.

📍 If you’ve been wondering if your child needs something different, something more personalized, we can talk.

How to plan.
How to pivot.
How to prioritize when everything feels urgent.

We talk a lot about performance-based contracts, integrated care, and system change, but we don’t talk nearly enough about how all of that change lands on the people who have to carry it out.

That’s why I’m leading a free webinar with 𝗥𝗖𝗣𝗔 on June 4.

We’ll explore how executive functioning skills, like adaptability, time management, and decision-making, aren’t just useful in training or coaching settings. They’re foundational to team performance, retention, and leadership under pressure.

If you’re navigating system-wide shifts, this isn’t just another professional development hour. It’s a moment to reframe how you support the people doing the work.

I work with a lot of high-achieving teens and adults.
Great grades. Smart. Polite.
But behind the scenes?

▪️ They’re overwhelmed with unstructured time
▪️ Struggling to prioritize
▪️ Unsure how to speak up for themselves
▪️ Exhausted trying to meet expectations they don’t understand

This isn’t a motivation problem.
It’s a skills gap.

At Keymaker Services, we support students who are doing “well enough” but still don’t feel equipped to manage the next stage, whether that’s high school to college, or college to career.

We build tools for planning, time management, self-advocacy, and confidence.
Because being capable doesn’t mean being prepared.

📍 If your student looks fine on paper but is quietly struggling, I’d love to help.

A parent calls me and says:
“They’re smart, but they freeze when it’s time to start anything.”
“They say they’re fine, but I can tell they’re overwhelmed.”
“We’ve tried everything we know. It’s just not clicking.”

There’s no dramatic crisis.
No diagnosis driving the call.
Just a quiet knowing that their teen or young adult needs a different kind of support.

At 𝗞𝗲𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, we help families untangle what’s underneath the frustration.
We focus on structure, executive function, emotional regulation, and we do it in a way that fits the person, not a program.

It doesn’t have to be falling apart for us to start building something better.

📍 If you’ve been thinking, maybe we need something else, we can talk.

Someone misses a deadline…
Projects stall during transitions…
You introduce a new system, and morale dips instead of climbing.

Sound familiar?

These patterns aren’t about laziness or resistance, they’re about 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲, but often don’t.

On 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟰, I’ll be hosting a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗖𝗣𝗔 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 all about this:

𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:

We’ll talk real-world strategy, not just compliance language.

How do you build a workforce that can:

✅ Shift with changing priorities
✅ Make clear decisions under pressure
✅ Manage time and tasks across unpredictable workflows

If your teams are capable but struggling to keep pace with change, this is for you. 💯

Independence isn’t a light switch. It’s a skill set.

We work with so many individuals who are bright, motivated, and still overwhelmed by the day-to-day expectations of “being independent.”

Here’s the truth:
We can’t expect someone to thrive on their own if we’ve never taught them how to budget, plan meals, manage a routine, or make real-world decisions.

At Keymaker Services, we don’t shame students for not knowing.

We teach. We model. We build a structure they can actually use, one that makes sense for their brain, their life, and their goals.

If your teen or adult is struggling with the basics of life management, not because they don’t care, but because no one ever showed them how, we can help.

📍 Let’s build a path to independence on their terms:

You’re doing meaningful, important work but we both know that supporting a student through growth isn’t always a straight line.

Sometimes what they need doesn’t quite fit within the school day, or the clinic schedule, or the structure of a traditional program.

That’s where we come in.

At 𝗞𝗲𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, we partner with professionals like you to fill the gaps in between:

🔹 Executive functioning skill-building
🔹 Emotional regulation coaching
🔹 Social and professional development
🔹 Individualized academic and career planning
🔹 Parent and co-parent education

We work with students (and adults!) from all walks of life, middle school through mid-career, many of whom are navigating neurodivergence, high expectations, or simply a need for more individualized structure.

Whether you're a pediatrician, therapist, school counselor, or learning specialist, we know how important it is to have referral partners you can trust. We’re here to collaborate, not compete, with you, the family, and the student in mind.

On Wednesday, June 4, I’ll be speaking at a free webinar for RCPA members, where we’ll be exploring a topic that’s especially timely:

Adapting to System Changes and Performance-Based Contracting: Driving Organizational Success With Executive Functioning Skills.

I’ll be walking participants through how large-scale shifts, like integrated care models, value-based purchasing, and performance-based contracts, aren’t just about process and compliance.

They’re about people.

To manage these changes well, we need to support our teams in building executive functioning skills like:

✅ Task prioritization
✅ Adaptability
✅ Decision-making
✅ Time management

This session is about real-world strategies to help leaders, managers, and service providers adjust not just faster, but more effectively.

If you work in behavioral health, education, or human services, this one’s for you.

Let’s talk about how to equip your teams to thrive through change, not just survive it.

05/14/2025

And behind closed doors, I’ve heard just as many parents quietly say,
“I don’t know how to help anymore and I feel like I should.”

That quiet in-between space is where I do some of my most important work.
Not as a fixer. Not as a replacement for a parent or educator.
But as someone who helps connect the dots.

At Keymaker Services, we work with youth and adults who are capable but overwhelmed. Intelligent, but stuck. Curious, but unsure of where to begin.

And I work with parents who are loving, accomplished, and stretched thin.

Because the truth is: being good at your job doesn't automatically mean you know how to coach your youth/adult through executive functioning or emotional regulation.

That’s not a weakness, it’s a gap. And that’s what I help fill.

We focus on the core skills, self-management, communication, planning, and mindset, that support real, sustainable growth.

If this resonates, I’m here.
We can build something that works for your family, for your student, for the long run.
