As exciting as the appointment can be, some moms get anxious about the number of things they need to ask, so this list can help you determine what questions to ask and when to ask them.
What prenatal vitamins do you recommend?
Are my symptoms normal?
Is it normal to burp this much?
What about one-on-one time with my partner?
Are my meds safe?

There is plenty of stuff you can do this summer! The best part is they will barely cost you a thing!

Go Hiking
You don’t have to live near the mountains to enjoy a good hike.

Visit a State or National Park
Visiting a national park is an affordable way to get out in nature! So head to a park near you and enjoy what this world has to offer.

Have a Game Night
Instead of taking a trip to the movies on weekends, declare Friday game night. Also try some new recipes with your friends while you're at it.

Reading allows you to escape your own reality and enter a new world. Here are some books we recommend for a good escape. This Is Not a Fashion Story by Danielle Bernstein
This is Not a Fashion Story is simply that, not a fashion story. It is a glimpse into the life of mega influencer Danielle Bernstein. In her book she goes as far back as to when she first started to get into fashion when her parents would let her go shopping for the start of the new school year. She unveils all of her life experiences including ex boyfriends, business deals gone wrong and an internship only one can dream of when wanting to be part of the fashion industry.

The Seven Husband of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid
Evelyn Hugo is fictional Hollywood actress, who decides to give one final interview about everything that she has experienced. Hugo reveals all her deepest darkest secrets, to 35-year-old journalist Monique Grant, on what life was like in the lime light, what she did to become such a big Hollywood star, and how she ended up in 7 different marriages. By the end of the book you are left believing that Evelyn Hugo is a real character.

Date night (or day)?

Go out to breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day, and it’s a much cheaper date than going out to dinner. There’s no rule out there saying you can’t have a date in the morning. So go ahead!

Hit up a sports game. All right, going to watch the pros play isn’t going to be cheap (unless you can score a great discount). But don’t worry. You can still be a fan in the stands!

Run errands together. How is that romantic, you ask? You leave your kids at home with a sitter. Boom! You’ll be surprised how much fun you have strolling the aisles of Target or picking up groceries—just the two of you.

If the thought of putting oils on your face brings terrible breakouts to your mind, think again.

They can reduce your wrinkles.
Too much unprotected ultraviolet light is a set-up for free radical damage — and that means wrinkles and sunspots galore. On the other hand, some facial oils are packed with antioxidants, which prevent further aging.

They're good for dry skin.
Plummeting temperature and cranked-up heaters suck moisture straight from the skin. As a result, oils are the ideal antidote to dry, flaky skin and rough, rosy cheeks.

They can calm down rashes.
Many oils have anti-inflammatory properties as well, helping to quell irritated skin. For example, argan oil is ideal for irritations that follow popular anti-aging products such as retinol or alpha hydroxy acids.

Dating Tips:
Make a list of all the things you’re looking for in a relationship.
“You should know the answer to the ‘What are you looking for?’ question. When you know what you're looking for, you won't waste your time on unworthy candidates.
Don’t shy away from cultural differences.
Staying open to what makes you different and teaching each other about your respective traditions and customs can make you much closer than you anticipate.

Save the exciting conversations for real-life dates.
Exchange a few messages to be sure you feel safe and are interested, but then come up with a plan to get to know each other in person quickly.

During pregnancy, your baby gets all the necessary nutrients from you. So you may need to take more supplements during pregnancy than you did before pregnancy.

Folic Acid
Folic acid is a B vitamin that every cell in your body needs for healthy growth and development. In addition, taking folic acid before and during early pregnancy can help prevent birth defects of the brain and spine called neural tube defects (also called NTDs).

Vitamin D
Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium. It also helps your body’s nerves, muscles, and immune system work. Your immune system protects your body from infection.

Iodine
Iodine is a mineral your body needs to make thyroid hormones, which help your body use and store energy from food. In addition, you need iodine during pregnancy to help your baby’s nervous system develop.
