Start With Hello Week continues at PGA! 💚

Today’s Secondary Homeroom activity focused on making connections through conversation starters. Students were given fun and thoughtful prompts to learn more about their peers, discover what they have in common, and start conversations with someone they may not know well.

Sometimes, a simple conversation can be the start of a new connection. 💚🐉

💚👋🏻 We’re kicking off Start With Hello Week at PGA!

Start With Hello is a Sandy Hook Promise program that encourages students to build connections, include others, and help create a school community where everyone feels seen, welcomed, and valued.

To start the week, our talented art students prepared “hello” in different languages, reminding us that there are so many ways to make someone feel welcomed, seen, and included. 🌎💚

Our Student Services Department has fun daily activities planned to help our Dragons connect with one another, meet someone new, include others, and make sure every student knows they belong at PGA. 🐉

Sometimes, it all starts with a simple “hello!” 👋🏻💚

We can’t wait to see our students joining in throughout the week, and don’t forget to wear GREEN on Friday! 💚
