September is the month of national su***de prevention and we hope to share awareness about some warning signs and resources available to our online community. Being aware of these warning signs can help prevent su***de and may enable us to provide the support, empathy, compassion and direction to professional services to those in need of help. Also, this month and every month should be a reminder to check in with ourselves and our loved ones' mental health.
