We partner with great leaders to help them find ways to become even better – every day. AI is changing the way we work — but most leaders haven’t had the opportunity to truly experiment with it in a practical way.

On June 3, we are hosting a hands-on AI Build Lab designed to move beyond AI talk and into action.

This is not a lecture. It’s a working session where leaders will collaborate to build a simple AI tool focused on a real workflow or challenge — no coding required.

Come individually or bring your team. You’ll leave with practical experience, new ideas, and a tangible starting point you can continue developing after the session.

What will leadership (development) look like in 5 years? What’s different – and what will (and should) be the same?

On Monday, we gathered senior leaders from across South Florida sectors. Deep-tech. Healthcare. Asset Management. Human Capital. Non-profits.

Our Executive Director, Dr. Nathan Hiller, challenged the group with these critical future-forward questions. No one has THE answer, but the thoughtful input from this group was stellar. The conversation rich. How can we build thriving individuals, organizations, and communities?

Our ‘community’ showed up, and we left feeling energized, curious, and grateful.

What does it take to lead Greater Miami? It starts with self-awareness.

Building on our long-standing partnership with Miami Foundation , we were thrilled to lead the Miami Fellows Class XII through their Leadership Labs this past April. Following the program’s kick-off earlier this year, the Leadership Labs provided space for the Fellows to explore the “inner work” of leadership—giving them the tools to recognize potential derailers and lead their communities with greater intentionality.

We’re grateful to play a role in this transformative experience and can’t wait to see the continued impact of these incredible leaders.

Technical expertise gets you in the room. Leadership is what drives impact.

This week, a dynamic group of leaders came together for the two-day in-person experience of Leadership in Tech, building the skills that matter most today: self-awareness, influence, and leading through complexity.

Through hands-on sessions, peer collaboration, and insights from expert faculty, participants strengthened their ability to lead teams, navigate challenges, and turn expertise into impact.

And we’re just getting started. Looking forward to continuing the journey virtually in the weeks ahead.
