In my opinion get a head start. Study the systems. They don’t change regardless of the air carrier that you will go fly for. You’re better off showing up to learn how they want you to operate the jet as opposed to having to learn how the jet operates from scratch.

Until one of these happen.

1. ATC deletes the speed
2. Assigns a new speed
3. Issues a vector
4. Assigns a direct route
5. Issues an approach clearance
