Our mission is to have a positive and enduring impact on those we serve. Educate Tomorrow strives to have a positive and enduring impact on the academic, personal and professional lives of those we serve, helping students to mature into contributing members of our community. Educate Tomorrow provides holistic support services to youth and families who are currently in or aged out of foster care an

d/or are experiencing housing instability. Educate Tomorrow buffers the systemic pressures that our students endure. We also work relentlessly in every way possible to have a positive and enduring impact in the lives of those that we serve while helping others become strong members of our community. Educate Tomorrow also provides an opportunity to eliminate obstacles to help our community have a better future. Recent Achievements:
- Educate Tomorrow students have achieved a high level of graduation success, with 50 high school diplomas, 27 associates degrees, 25 bachelors, and three masters degrees.
- We raised and dedicated $424,000 in emergency assistance for students in financial crisis due to the coronavirus pandemic, allowing them to focus on their academics.
- And, despite the challenges posed by Covid-19, Educate Tomorrow’s AOK Scholars achieved a 91% college persistence/graduation rate this year – a 2% increase over last year. This level of college access, persistence and success is recognized as among the nation’s best in the field.

✨ Scholar Highlight: Meet Norine Telemaque! ✨

Norine is currently completing a certification in Paralegal Studies after graduating in Spring 2026 with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 🎓

She is actively involved with several nonprofit organizations and is dedicated to using her education and leadership to serve her community. Through volunteer service, mentorship, and campus involvement, Norine strives to create meaningful opportunities and make a lasting impact.

Following her certification, Norine plans to attend law school and pursue a career as an attorney. By combining her backgrounds in accounting and law, she hopes to advocate for underserved communities, promote access to justice, and empower others through service, leadership, and advocacy. ⚖️

Scholar Highlight: Meet Kian Dejean-Subirats! 🎶

Kian is a high school student in our homeschooling enrichment program and has been part of the program since middle school. He recently made Educate Tomorrow history by becoming the first Field Academy student to also enroll in college courses simultaneously working toward his high school diploma and associate degree!

Kian is passionate about writing music and uses it as a way to express himself and his creativity.

As he prepares to graduate, Kian is hopeful and excited for what’s ahead. He looks forward to continuing to write and create music that he can share with his classmates, community members, and beyond.

FieldWorkshop is an art space powered by Educate Tomorrow, dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment where community members and families can express their creativity, make meaningful art, build lasting memories, and give back to the community🙌.

Every purchase made at Field Workshop directly supports education and housing for young people who have experienced homelessness, foster care, or involvement with the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

✨Board Spotlight: DeMarco Mott✨

We are proud to highlight DeMarco Mott, a valued member of Educate Tomorrow’s Board of Directors.

A proud Florida International University alumnus, DeMarco holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Disaster Management, and a Master of Science in Hospitality Management. He believes education is one of the most powerful foundations for opportunity and community development.

As a proud product of foster care, DeMarco brings both professional expertise and lived experience to our mission. He currently serves as Chief Consultant at Mott Consulting Group, Inc., where he consults with the Government of The Bahamas and local lead agencies on initiatives ranging from child well-being to disaster resilience. He also serves as CEO and President of Aqua Lucaya Water Park LTD., leading the development of an exciting new destination in The Bahamas.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, DeMarco is a dedicated advocate for children, youth, and families. He serves as a Guardian Ad Litem Champion, contributing to statewide child welfare policy and best practices, and is a Youth Ministry Leader committed to mentoring and supporting young people. He also served two consecutive terms on the Florida Department of Children and Families’ Independent Living Services Advisory Council, helping strengthen policies and services that support older youth transitioning from foster care to adulthood.

✨ Scholar Highlight: Meet Antonio Santilmond! ✨

Antonio is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Florida Atlantic University, where he continues to lead, serve, and inspire. After starting college, he earned his Associate’s degree in just one year, graduating in Spring 2026 and demonstrating what’s possible through determination, hard work, and opportunity. 🎓

Antonio joined Educate Tomorrow through The College Experience (TCE), our seven-week summer transition program that helps students build the knowledge, confidence, and connections to thrive in college and beyond.

His vision extends far beyond the classroom. Antonio aspires to become an international ambassador, connecting communities, expanding access to resources, and creating opportunities for others around the world.

✨Board Member Spotlight: Jennifer Pakradooni ✨

At Educate Tomorrow, our mission is made stronger by leaders who generously share their time, talents, and hearts. Today, we are honored to recognize Jennifer Pakradooni and express our sincere gratitude for her dedicated service on our Board of Directors.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Denver, where she earned a B.A. in Mass Communications & Journalism and a B.A. in Spanish. Throughout her career, she has partnered with global organizations, leading strategic communications initiatives and collaborating with teams across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Jennifer’s passion for learning, travel, and connecting with people has taken her around the world, including living abroad and backpacking through Asia and Africa. She is multilingual, reflecting her lifelong appreciation for different cultures and perspectives.

In addition to her longstanding role on the Educate Tomorrow Board of Directors, Jennifer has served since 2007 on the Board of ANDRUS, helping advance opportunities and support for children and families.

Jennifer lives in Denver, Colorado, where she enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time in the mountains. We are deeply grateful for the wisdom, compassion, and leadership she brings to Educate Tomorrow. Her commitment to expanding opportunity and empowering young people inspires all of us, and we are proud to have her as part of our family.

This investment will help young people experiencing homelessness in the downtown area.
