Parents please sign up at the front office to participate in Trunk or Treat. We need parents to volunteer to decorate their trunk and hand out candy in our parking lot for our children. This is a safe way for kids to dress up and they have so much fun! Also if you can donate a bag of candy before the event, we would appreciate it so much! Let’s make this 10th Annual Trunk or Treat the best one yet!

Parents, please help us to congratulate our Employee of the Month for October Ms. Teresa! Ms. Teresa is LOVED by everyone. She is a kind soul and wonderful with the children. Ms. Teresa is battling a very recent cancer diagnosis and has had to take a break from the school. Please join us in sending prayers and love her way.
If you would like to drop off a note or card for Ms.Teresa, we will ensure she receives it!

Ms. Florance is our wonderful Twos teacher and has been with the Little Innovators family for over 8 years. She brings love, patience, and dedication to her classroom each day. Her genuine connection with the children is truly special , they adore her, and it shows in the smiles, hugs, and joy they share with her. We are so grateful for Ms. Florance and all that she does for our children and our school. Congratulations, Ms. Florance! You are truly deserving of Employee of the Month!

10 YEARS OF MS. SUSAN…..
As we celebrate 10 years of Little Innovators, there is one person we simply could not celebrate this milestone without. Ms. Susan was there on Day One.

Ten years ago, when we opened our doors for the very first time, Ms. Susan walked through them as one of our first teachers. She had come to America from Jamaica, ready to work hard and build a life for herself and her daughter.

And work hard she did. It didn’t take long for us to see something incredibly special in her. She took on more responsibility, stepped up whenever she was needed, and continued to grow as a teacher and as a leader and eventually became our Assistant Director.

But a title could never adequately describe what Ms. Susan means to this school. She is sewn into every detail. She is part of the very fabric of Little Innovators.

For 10 years, she has poured her heart into this school. She has loved our children, supported our parents, led our teachers, solved problems, celebrated victories, carried burdens, and worked tirelessly to help Little Innovators become what it is today. And while she was helping us build this school, we had the privilege of watching her build an incredible life of her own.

She bought her own home. She put her daughter through college and herself! She created a beautiful life in America through determination, sacrifice, faith, and an extraordinary work ethic. She later found love and married, and today her life stretches between the two places she calls home, America and Jamaica. We could not be more proud of her.

Ms. Susan is an incredible leader, but more importantly, she is an incredible human being. She genuinely cares about the people around her. There is no version of the Little Innovators story that can be told without Ms. Susan in it. Her fingerprints are everywhere. Her love, sacrifice, leadership, and dedication are woven permanently into who we are.

Ms. Susan, thank you for believing in this school before there was much of a school to believe in. Thank you for growing alongside us. Thank you for giving us 10 years of your life, your heart, and your very best.

This month marks 10 years since Little Innovators first opened its doors! Our hearts are incredibly grateful.

Over the past decade, so many children and families have become part of our Little Innovators family. We have had the privilege of watching children learn, grow, laugh, make friendships, and reach milestone and we never take for granted the trust parents place in us when they choose us to care for and teach their children.

To our amazing staff, past and present… thank you. Your hard work, patience, love, dedication, and commitment to our children are what have made these 10 years possible. A school is not a building; it is the people inside of it, and we are so thankful for each person who has been part of our journey.

And to our families, past and present… thank you for trusting us with your most precious gifts. Thank you for supporting our school, recommending us to others, growing with us, and allowing us to be a small part of your family’s story.

As we celebrate this milestone, we aren’t celebrating what WE have accomplished. We are celebrating 10 years of children, families, teachers, memories, and a community that we are incredibly blessed to be part of.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for 10 wonderful years.

Here’s to the many little lives that have touched ours along the way.
