Muscle strength is the foundation of every great dancer. It improves balance, power, endurance, and control while helping to prevent injuries. As our dancers grow stronger, they gain the confidence to jump higher, turn sharper, and perform with greater precision.

What a fantastic way to wrap up the week! Our campers had an AMAZING time at the movies watching Toy Story 5! From laughing at their favorite characters to enjoying buttery popcorn, cabdy, and refreshing drinks, it was a day full of smiles, fun, and unforgettable memories.

These are the moments that make summer camp so special learning, laughing, building friendships, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. πŸ’•
