Integrating Faith + Strategy for disciplined women who build

If you’ve stopped praying because you think your words aren’t good enough, hear me out.

Prayer was never about performance.

Sometimes the holiest prayer is only three words.

Dear God, help.

The Bible reminds us God shows no favoritism (Acts 10:34). He is not moved by polished vocabulary, titles, or perfect language.

He responds to humility.
He responds to faith.
He responds to surrender.

You do not need a sermon.

You may only have, “Dear God, help.”

And that is enough to begin.

I wrote Precious Lord, Take My Hand: A Collection of Three-Word Prayers for the woman carrying business pressure, caregiving, grief, uncertainty, leadership fatigue, or silent battles.

Because sometimes faith is strong.

And sometimes faith whispers.

What is one three-word prayer you need today?

Mine is, “Lord, give wisdom.”

The pressure you feel right now is proximity. You’re on the brink of your Canaan.

When you touch your first million, remember it was GOD that sustained you, carried you, opened doors for you, protected you, and brought you out.

Don’t let success make you forget the wilderness.

If you’re in a bind, tired of carrying the weight of it all, don’t know what’s next or what to do, say this three-word prayer today.

Dear God, help. Amen.

Ask for help today.

Below is explanation and teaching on how and why this three-word prayer is powerful, impactful, and heaven penetrating.

The Bible tells us in Acts that God is no respecter of man — which simply means that God does not show favoritism based on race, social status, outward appearances, or vocabulary.

And prayer does not have to be complicated.

It does not require perfect words, long sentences, or spiritual performance.

Prayer is simply an honest conversation with God. Sometimes it is whispered. Sometimes it is cried.

Sometimes it is nothing more than a few words spoken with faith when strength feels low.

Ask God to help you today.

Stop letting the world define “ruthless” as cold, cruel, or selfish.

What if a Ruth-less woman is simply a woman with the spirit of Ruth?

Focused.
Faithful.
Committed.
Unshaken in belief.

A woman who refuses to quit.
A woman who stays aligned with purpose.
A woman who works with intention, serves with integrity, and finishes what GOD assigned her to do.

Ruth wasn’t weak.
She was disciplined.
Strategic.
Loyal.
Obedient.
Focused enough to leave what was familiar for what was destined.

That’s the kind of “Ruth-less” women in business need to become.

Not heartless.
Not careless.
But relentless in faith.
Relentless in focus.
Relentless in ex*****on.

Faith × Focus × Finish

Success is not built by women who constantly second guess themselves.

It’s built by women who believe GOD, think differently, move with purpose, and stay committed long after the excitement fades.

Be Ruth-less about your vision.
Protect your mind.
Guard your focus.
Finish the assignment.

This morning, GOD reminded me that He is with me — and I want to encourage you to be on the lookout for the reminders He may send your way today.

Earlier this morning, I stopped myself from saying something to someone. It was true, but I also knew them well enough to know they would receive it as harsh, become emotional, and the moment would turn into unnecessary conflict.

So instead, I chose silence.

A few moments later, after sitting quietly with myself and GOD, I took a rotten pineapple to the curb trash. And there, laying on the ground with no houses nearby and no people around, was this stone.

“Serenity.”

A gentle reminder.

Peace can be found in silence.
In restraint. In not saying everything we think. In stepping away before tension escalates.

In choosing stillness when emotions are high and energy is low.

Everything does not require an immediate response.

Everything does not deserve access to your words.

Some battles are won in silence.
Some lessons are learned there too.

Today, protect your peace.
And pay attention to the quiet ways GOD may be reminding you that He is near.
