Big day for the Golden Suns! 🏀☀️ Mark Baranek brought in some very special guests — his former Miami Beach High players, now NCAA athletes at the University of Colorado Boulder, to shoot hoops and run drills with our Innovative School Basketball Team.

A huge thank you to our incredible PTO for organizing such a thoughtful and memorable Teacher Appreciation Week! 🍎 Breakfasts, massages, a bloom bar, ice cream treats, and a fun happy hour were just some of the many ways our teachers were celebrated and honored throughout the week. We are also so grateful to our generous Innovative School families for the amazing raffle prizes and donations that helped make the week extra special.

Congratulations to our After School UltraBolts Robotics Team for winning first place in the Robot Performance Competition at the South Florida Jewish Day School Robotics Festival! 🤖

Our first grade learners stepped into the role of true change makers—sharing their ideas to help curb flooding in Miami Beach with the city’s Chief Resilience Officer, Amy Knowles. From green spaces to creative water solutions, their thinking was bold, thoughtful, and inspiring.

Our next generation of joyful readers 📚✨
Our kindergarten learners visited the Miami Beach Public Library and were welcomed with a read-along and songs from their talented librarians. Each learner checked out five books and enjoyed browsing the shelves to find the perfect one.
