A private family in Odessa, Florida is seeking an experienced Full-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a 5,600 sq. ft. private residence.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a home clean, organized, and well-presented. The ideal candidate has prior private household or hotel housekeeping experience and is detail-oriented, discreet, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities include:
• Daily detailed housekeeping
• Laundry and linen care
• Bedroom and bathroom upkeep
• Closet, cabinet, and storage organization
• Dry cleaning coordination
• Monitoring household supplies
• Maintaining hotel-level presentation standards

Compensation starts at approximately $55,000 annually, depending on experience. PTO and additional benefits are offered consistent with market standards.

A private family in Miami is seeking an experienced Family Cook for 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate can prepare authentic homestyle Chinese meals, including Cantonese, Shanghainese, Southern Chinese, and spicy family-style dishes, along with healthy Western meals.

Schedule: 3 non-consecutive days/week
