RE:BIRTH IS COMING TO GREECE. 🇬🇷✨

In 2021, I gathered 12 women in the red rocks of Sedona for the very first Rebirth Retreat.
Five days of going inward, facing what we had been avoiding, releasing what we were ready to let go of, climbing literal and metaphorical mountains, laughing, crying, celebrating, and emerging changed.
It became one of the most powerful experiences I have ever created.
And now… Rebirth is entering its next chapter.
We are not where we were in 2021.
The world has changed. Women have changed. My work has deepened. And I have too.
This Rebirth is about what happens when we stop running from the parts of ourselves we don't want to look at and instead learn to meet them with curiosity, compassion, courage, and understanding.
We go into the darkness so we can discover what has been hidden there & release unconscious patterns that have quietly shaped our relationships, our choices, our confidence, our sense of worth, and the direction of our lives.
And then we turn toward the light.
Toward clarity, possibility & the women we are becoming.
And we're doing it in Greece.
You'll stay in beautiful private suites with sea views at a 4-star resort, complete with all the comforts of home, including sauna and whirlpool bath.
You'll begin your mornings with yoga and somatic movement.
You'll experience transformational workshops, sacred ceremonies, meditation, sound healing, journaling, sharing circles & practices designed to help you not just understand yourself differently, but experience yourself differently.
We'll hike an ancient path once used to connect mountain villages, climbing to around 1,840 meters where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Myrtoan Sea.
We'll visit the Monastery of Elona & share lunch at a small taverna beneath the chestnut trees.
We'll spend time by the sea. We'll celebrate. We'll laugh. We'll rest.
And we'll create the kind of sisterhood that happens when women stop competing with one another and realize what is possible when we truly support on another.
