You might be thinking: "if she's a self-love coach who helps women romanticise their lives, then why the heck is she posting on Instagram??"
Fair enough.
Here's what I invite you to do: look at the date of this post. Or any of them. Notice how much time has passed. Come back in 4 weeks or 4 months — the posts will be the same.
I want to have a presence here so that if someone (like you!) comes looking for me, they'll find a friendly face and a warm welcome. Instagram is my welcome mat — but it's definitely not where I live.
A while ago, I made a decision to step back from the daily performance of social media — the posting, the algorithm-chasing, the pressure to be visible in a way that honestly never felt like me.
And here's what happened when I did: my work got better. My coaching got deeper. My life actually started to feel like the thing I was helping other women build.
Funny how that works.
If you've found me here — I'm glad you did. But I want you to know that the real stuff is happening elsewhere.
You can find me on the blog, inside The Daily Yeay newsletter, or you can email me at [email protected] — and I will personally respond.
