The benefits of having a fully functional dental software like exocad in house of our dental practices are numerous.
If I had to pick my favourite one , is the ability to match the scanning posts immediately , so I can choose the most appropriate prosthetic component for each case.
On this particular case we integrated the scanning of the implant on the “wax up” and we noticed, unfortunately, that the access hole on the canine was not on favourable aesthetic location.
We decided to use Dynamic Abutment Solutions to change the location of the hole , saving the case but also saving time and money.
This one of the topics we will discuss on our lecture on the 19th of September at the 80th anniversary symposium on the Odontostomatological Research .
