At this yearâs Hebrew Academy High School Sports Banquet, we celebrated the hard work, growth, and accomplishments of our student-athletes across every sport and every team.
A special congratulations to this yearâs Rabbi Yossi Heber Award recipients:
â¨đ Eliana Wolfson (â26)â¨đ Shana Strohli (â26)â¨đ Caleb Gdanski (â26)
Named in memory of Rabbi Yossi Heber zâl, the award recognizes student-athletes who demonstrate leadership, dedication, character, and commitment both on and off the court.
One of the highlights was seeing a photo of Eliana and Caleb receiving awards together as elementary school students and now again as seniors at their final Sports Banquet. A meaningful full-circle moment for two athletes who have grown up in our Warrior community.
Congratulations to all of this yearâs award recipients and athletes on an incredible season!

History came to life for our eighth graders during their unforgettable Washington Trip! From exploring our nationâs capital to visiting historic landmarks and monuments, students had the opportunity to deepen their learning beyond the classroom.
One of the highlights of the trip was an incredible visit to the White House, a memorable moment our students will not soon forget. đşđ¸

In their first time competing, Hebrew Academy traveled to the SAR Shakespeare Competition in New York and earned second place out of nine schools. Our directors, Rebecca Kohn (Grade 10) and Feigel Levy (Grade 10), were also recognized with the honor of Best Directors.
A special thank you to faculty members Adam Lubitz and Adina Ciment for their guidance and support throughout the process.

Our 6th-9th graders had an amazing time at Maker Faire Miami at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Expo Center!
Our students were invited to Maker Education Day, an exclusive school experience designed to ignite curiosity and give students hands-on exposure to science, technology, engineering, arts, and math in action.
With over 250 makers and exhibitors, students explored everything from robots and drones to AI, design, and live competitions, all alongside students from other schools across the district.
So proud of our future innovators!
