Meet Lara! 💗

If you've taken one of Lara's classes, you already know the energy, warmth, and joy she brings to our village. From joining FIT4MOM on maternity leave to becoming one of our incredible instructors, she's been inspiring moms to move, connect, and embrace every stage of motherhood.

We sat down with Lara to learn more about her journey, what motherhood has taught her, her favorite ways to recharge, and the advice she has for other moms. Her answers are honest, encouraging, and a reminder that none of us are meant to do this alone.

Music, movement, and summer memories are coming to FIT4MOM 🎶☀️

Miss Becki’s Music Class officially launches June 25 and we are so excited for this new addition to our summer schedule! This playful, interactive class is designed for babies, toddlers, and their grownups with songs, instruments, movement activities, and plenty of opportunities for connection and fun.

Stay after class for park play and community time at Ponderosa Park. No musical experience needed, just come ready to sing, dance, and make memories together 🤍

A little movement and a little creativity 🌈

Join us after Stroller Barre on Wednesday, June 10 for a homemade rainbow kite craft! These member activities are such a fun way for moms and little ones to spend extra time together after class while building friendships with other families in the village.

Your little one gets to play and create while you connect with moms who understand exactly what this season of life looks like.
