The Children's Center Providing Excellence in Early Education and Care Since 1992. Our curriculum is designed to respect the unique growth pattern of every child.

Leading the way in quality childcare for Methuen families! 🌟 Serving ages 4 weeks–14 years with a nurturing, curriculum-based approach. 7am–5pm | Year-round | Non-profit Ministry. The Children’s Center in Methuen, Massachusetts, is a premier, year-round child care and school-age program licensed for 126 children. We are committed to providing a loving, safe, and nurturing environment for children ages 4 weeks to 14 years. As leaders in the Early Childcare and Education field, our program is an ongoing ministry of the Faith United Methodist Church of Lawrence, operating as a self-supporting, non-profit, and ecumenical center. By following the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and NAEYC standards, our educators provide teacher-supported, child-initiated play that fosters social, physical, and cognitive development. We celebrate diversity and individual learning styles, ensuring every child feels accepted and inspired to learn. Why Families Choose Us:
Expert Staff: Highly nurturing teachers who exceed EEC qualifications and are CPR/First Aid certified. Flexible Care: Open daily 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. School-Age Support: Half-day programs during the school year; full-day care during summers and vacations. Inclusive Environment: Grounded in Judeo-Christian ethics with deep multi-ethnic awareness.
