Different decades. Different walk-out songs. A LOT of years of experience in these halls!

Turns out, you can measure teaching experience in years… or in how iconic your entrance song is. 🎤🔥

What an incredible 78th Summer Camp! ☀️💙

From swim lessons, STEAM, art, and ceramics to sports, tie-dye, obstacle courses, bounce houses, the rock wall, frog races, our Talent Show, and even a visit from Louisiana Wildlife & Fisheries, every day was filled with adventure, laughter, and lifelong memories.

Our campers also enjoyed unforgettable camp traditions, including Pow Wows, Boating Safety Week, and the Dominic Yu Relay Races—with the Chippewas taking home the relay championship and earning the most points to win Pow Wow! 🏆

Thank you to all of our amazing camp families for sharing your children with us this summer. We loved every minute and are already counting down the days until we welcome everyone back for another unforgettable summer next year!

🌧️ Summer Camp Weather Update 🌧️

At this time, we plan to operate summer camp as scheduled tomorrow.

We will continue to closely monitor Tropical Storm Bertha and local weather conditions throughout the evening. If conditions worsen or we are more significantly impacted than currently expected, we may need to adjust our plans.

Please continue to monitor our communication channels for any updates, and most importantly, make the decision that is safest for your family.

We look forward to seeing our campers tomorrow and appreciate your flexibility and understanding. Stay safe!

Today we are shining a spotlight on our incredible Kehoe-France Summer Camp pool staff!

Our lifeguards are all certified and do so much to keep a close watch over the pool each day. They work directly with campers during swim lessons, support water safety, and help make some of our favorite KF Camp traditions possible.

From the distance swim test and Down the River to Water/Boating Safety Week, swim races, judging station for the Dominic Yu relay race, and lending a hand wherever needed around camp, our pool staff plays an important role in creating a safe, fun, and memorable experience for our campers.

We love our lifeguards and are so grateful for all they do!
