As we begin another exciting school year at Excel Early Learning Center, we want to take a moment to introduce our leadership team. These are the amazing women behind the scenes who help make Excel such a special place for our children, families, and teachers.
Our leadership team works together each day to support our classrooms, guide our educators, strengthen our curriculum, and ensure that every child is welcomed into an environment where they can learn, explore, grow, and belong.
Meet the Team!
🌿Gabrielle Findorff | Co-Owner & Director & Jillian Patterson | Co-Owner & Director
Working along side each other they lead Excel, supporting our families and staff, overseeing center operations and helping ensure that the heart and vision of Excel are reflected throughout our school.
🌿 Ramona Villier - Director Designee/ asst. Director
Mona oversees the day-to-day operations of Excel while managing the administrative responsibilities that keep our center running smoothly. She is a dedicated source of support for our children, families, and educators and plays an important role in teacher development, classroom quality, and the continued growth of our program.
Her commitment to creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment helps ensure that both our children and our team have what they need to thrive.
🌿 Isabella Lucurto (Bella)- Uptown Director Designee/ asst. Director
Bella oversees the day-to-day operations of our Uptown campus while managing the administrative responsibilities that keep the center running smoothly. She supports our children, families, and educators while maintaining a strong focus on teacher development, classroom quality, curriculum implementation, and the continued growth of our Uptown program. (Currently hold over at Metairie)
Bella works closely with our teaching team to ensure our curriculum and Magnet/Reggio-inspired approach are thoughtfully implemented throughout the classrooms, creating meaningful learning experiences and maintaining the quality and vision of Excel across our Uptown campus.
🌿 Fallyn Schiro- Instructional Quality Manager
Fallyn supports our educators, children, and classrooms by providing continuous coaching, training, guidance, and hands-on support throughout each day. She works closely with our teaching team to strengthen classroom practices, support professional growth, and maintain a high standard of classroom quality.
Fallyn also helps ensure that Excel’s policies, procedures, expectations, and standards are consistently implemented and maintained across our classrooms each day, helping create environments where our educators feel supported and our children can learn, grow, and thrive.
While our roles may look a little different, we share one very important goal: creating a school where children are known, teachers are supported, families feel connected, and learning is filled with wonder.
We are incredibly excited for everything this school year will bring and grateful to have both our returning and new families as part of the Excel community.
