Today, we are proud to celebrate our Young Lady of the Month, Jazelle!

As a member of the Young Ladies of Bridgedale, Jazelle is already making a positive impact through her kindness, positive attitude, and beautiful spirit. She exemplifies what it means to be a young lady of character, confidence, compassion, and leadership—showing others that the way we treat people matters.

Jazelle reminds us that leadership doesn’t always have to be loud. Sometimes, it looks like a kind word, a helping hand, a positive attitude, and choosing to lift others up. 🌷

Teacher Feature Friday! From goal setting and monitoring to strong teaching and learning, our amazing beagle teachers are implementing strong instructional practices to impact student learning toward their individual goals.

Our cluster teams work collaboratively in clusters to use student work and set goals to progress monitor student learning daily.

Our kindergarten students are practicing blending to build foundational reading skills.

Our 2nd grade students are focused on their comprehension skills to answer questions to demonstrate understanding of key details from the text.

Our 5th graders are developing a determine the theme and summarize key points in the text to build a single paragraph outline.

💜 MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY! 💜

Our students wore their purple shirts with pride today!

During library time, our wonderful social workers gave a special presentation to our students. After the presentation, students enjoyed a coloring activity together. 🖍️

Then something very special happened! Without any planning, our students began singing the ABCs together! 🎶

It was a beautiful moment of learning, friendship, and joy. What a great way to begin the week!

Check out our 2nd and 4th grade beagles in Math engaging in high level thinking in pairs, groups, and one on one opportunities with peers and teachers.
2nd graders were using different methods of subtraction for two digit numbers.
4th graders are using expressions and diagrams to build their understanding of multiplication of fractions and whole numbers.

Learning happens through discussions, feedback, and collaborative problem solving.

Math Minds at Work! Our beagle math scholars analyzed their student work with their peers and explained their reasoning. Our teachers empower students to take OWNERSHIP of their learning which develops motivated, independent thinkers who are invested in their learning goals!

3rd graders were showing the relationship between arrays and multiplication.
5th graders were problem solving through their warm up to multiply whole numbers by unit fractions.
