August is National Wellness Month 💪🧠

In the trades, we’re used to looking out for each other on the job site — making sure our gear is safe, our work is solid, and our crew’s got each other’s backs. This month, let’s do the same for our mental and physical wellness.

Wellness isn’t just about hitting the gym (though that’s great). It’s also about:
✅ Getting enough rest after long shifts
✅ Managing stress before it piles up
✅ Staying connected with friends, family, and coworkers
✅ Eating real food that fuels your body and mind
✅ Taking time to check in on yourself and your crew

Small changes now can prevent big problems later — on the job and at home.
Let’s make wellness a priority, not an afterthought.
