Congratulations to honorees from Calcasieu, Jefferson, Lafayette, New Orleans, St. Landry, and Vermillion! At the June BESE meeting, these schools were celebrated as Louisiana State Certified World Language Immersion Sites. The LDOE is proud to recognize their dedication to world language education.

Congratulations to all of our staff and students for earning the LDOE World Language Immersion Certification this school year! Ms. Sternberg and Ms. Bertucci attended the BESE meeting today to receive our certificate. This certification is the culmination of a year-long process and recognizes our high-quality immersion program and the outcomes that it provides for our students.

We were so excited to welcome some of our former Eagles back to campus for our very first Grad Walk! 💙💚🦅

Our amazing JC Ellis 4-H Club members rolled up their sleeves and got to work cleaning up around our campus in honor of Love the Boot Week and Earth Day!

From picking up litter to helping beautify our school grounds, these Eagles showed what it means to take pride in their environment and care for their community. 🌱🦅 Their hard work is a reminder that even small actions can make a BIG difference!

We are so proud of Elliot for representing the TriParish Archery Club at the Louisiana 4-H Southern Regional Shooting Sports Match on March 28 in Alexandria!

His hard work and dedication paid off—Elliot scored high enough to qualify for the State Shooting Sports Match! 👏

He’ll be competing again on April 11, and we know he’ll continue to make us proud.
