Parkview Baptist Early Learning Center is hosting a community garage sale fundraiser. We are renting out our parking spaces (1 for $30 or 2 for $45) for anyone to come and sell their unwanted items. One man's trash is another man's treasure! Gather up all of your unwanted stuff and reserve your spot. Little girls are meant to run, climb, twirl, explore, and play without worry. A simple pair of shorts under a dress gives them the freedom to enjoy childhood to the fullest while helping them stay comfortable and covered during all their adventures. Let’s encourage confidence, comfort, and carefree play—because they’re only little once. 💕

Unpopular opinion: Every little girl should wear shorts under her dresses. 🤍

Not because they “have to cover up,” but because they’re kids.

They run, climb, cartwheel, swing upside down, play on the playground, and sit however they want without having to worry. Shorts let them just be little.

It also helps prevent accidental exposure, adds a layer of comfort on hot playground slides, and can help reduce chafing during long days of playing.

Childhood should be about having fun, not worrying about keeping a dress perfectly in place.
