JP Schools is excited to offer FREE expert tutoring for all students in kindergarten through 12th grade through our partnership with Varsity Tutors.

This resource provides personalized academic support to help students build confidence, strengthen skills, and reach their full potential. Services include one on one tutoring, instant homework help, test prep support, writing feedback, and enrichment courses. Sessions are flexible and available after school, evenings, and weekends.

Getting started is easy. Students can access Varsity Tutors through the JP Clever portal using their school login.

Riviere is a B! Congratulations to our hardworking students and teachers!

🎉Jefferson Parish Schools is a B-rated District 2 Years in a row!

Here are some of our highlights:

✏️ 12 schools increased their letter grades
✏️ About 70% of schools grew or maintained performance
✏️ 10 schools grew six or more points
✏️ 12 schools earned an A rating, with every A-rated school maintaining their status
✏️ 14 schools earned a B rating
✏️ 50 schools grew overall, including 46 traditional schools and 4 charter schools

This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students, families, teachers, staff, and community. Together, we’ve shown what’s possible when we work as one team to ensure academic excellence for all.
