Our 2nd graders are eager to preview the 2022/2023 Texas Bluebonnet Books! They are deciding which ones they plan to read first!

What are you reading? Don’t forget to have your kiddos log their reading in the READSquared app/platform. It can be accessed through their ClassLink portal.

Me. Reynolds will open up the library for students to exchange their library books for new books, and activities will be out for students to hang out and visit with friends! Come on out tomorrow!

Students in Ms. Markham’s class were challenged with building some cardboard reading forts that kids on campus would enjoy using in the library. These students loved using the Makeadoo cardboard screws and tools.

It was a FUN day of Battle of the Books Semi-finals at Black Elementary! The 4th grade Halli Dawgs will be advancing to finals. We are proud of ALL the teams! They read their hearts out!
