Advanced Academics was the perfect way to wrap our last full day of school. Our Colts worked together being creative, problem solving and of course having fun. We are so proud of how hard our Colts worked this year.

☀️ Reminder: Thursday, May 28, is the last day of school and an early release day for all campuses! As we wrap up another great school year, please make plans for students to be picked up at their early release time.

This past Friday, we wrapped up the year with our final assembly, and the energy in the room was absolutely electric! It was the perfect way to celebrate an incredible year together — full of laughter, dancing, cheering, competition, and unforgettable memories.

Congratulations to our House Champion, Integridad! Shoutout to Coraggio for winning both the Teacher Challenge and the Spirit Stick!
Congratulations to Mrs. Cervantes’ class for earning the Principal’s Pride Award and Mr. Vargas’ class for taking home the GOAT Award!

And for the first time ever… our Teacher vs. Student Dance Battle ended in a TIE! 🔥💃🕺

What an amazing way to close out the school year. We are so proud of our students, staff, and the joyful culture that makes our school such a special place to be!

Hey there Tosch Families! Important PlayDay update. Due to the weather we are adjusting to indoor plans.
We have 2 different rotation times.
Rotation One 8:05- 10:30: All of Pre-k, kindergarten 1st grade and Ms. Alexander and Ms. Mejia’s 2nd grade classes.

We apologize but due to using the cafeteria we will not be able to have visitors during lunch time.

Rotation Two 11:45-2:05. Ms. Love, Ms. Alvarez and Mrs. Gutierrez-Le’s 2nd grade classes, all of 3rd, 4th and 5th grade.

Please remember to bring your ID (even if you already picked up your badge for play day)

Our Colts have worked really hard this year and we won’t let the rain keep us from having fun. Thank you for being flexible.

Big things coming to Tosch Elementary! We’re so excited and beyond thankful to the Mesquite ISD Education Foundation and ASI Gymnastics! You’re making our big dreams a reality with this grant💙

We are so thankful for our friends Debi and David Holley of ASI Gymnastics for generously investing in Mesquite ISD students. Your support of the Leading My Future Innovation Grant as a Community Partner this year.

Tosch will use the grant to expand its student leadership model into a campus-wide “Career Economy” that provides all students with CCMR and STEAM opportunities through hands-on career exploration. The Junior Explorer Lab (Pre-K–2nd) is a dramatic play space where students explore careers through hands-on experiences in fields such as medicine, construction, and horticulture. The Innovation Hub (3rd–5th) will "up-skill our existing student clubs into Professional Guild, providing future ready opportunity for our students.


Mesquite ISD

Tosch Elementary has big plans through their Family Round-Up Campus Grant!

The program will support three interactive sessions in our Family Round-up Learning Series for PreK-1st grade families. We plan to use the funds to increase family engagement during each event so that parents leave with tangible activities and practical tools to extend learning at home.
