Once a Bulldog, always a Bulldog! 💚🤍✨
We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a special group of Virgin Valley alumni on campus today! It was wonderful taking graduates from the Classes of ’58, ’62, ’68, and ’70 down the halls, shared stories, and interacted with our current staff and students. 🏫🤝

Attention Virgin Valley HS Families!
Building our students’ Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) skills is a top priority at VVHS this school year. Here is what you need to know about the upcoming Panorama Survey:
What it is: A brief online self-reflection survey given during class (takes only 20–30 minutes).
What students reflect on: Their perseverance, supportive relationships, and how they view themselves as learners.
Why it matters: Student feedback gives us valuable insight to improve our support systems and adapt to their needs.
Key details: Participation is encouraged for all students, responses are 100% confidential, and students can skip any question they feel unsure about.

2 Valleys 1 team 1 goal!
Virgin Valley FFA members traveled to the Moapa Valley 4H extension office for a zone officer training with 4H leadership expert Lacey! They talked about their goals, opinions, planning and much more! The team got to also do activities such as using team work and communication skills to see who could make the tallest paper tower which everyone had so much fun doing. The team sat and discussed all of the planning for this year’s southern zone event to make it the best one possible! Can’t wait to see you there!!! GO SOUTHERN ZONE!!!

Always growing, always improving for our students! ✏️📖✨
Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Kortney Stern from CCSD and MyPerspectives to campus. Kortney visited every English class to observe our classrooms in action, and then met one-on-one with each teacher afterward!
A special shoutout to Ms. Rem, who worked behind the scenes to coordinate the day, navigate the schedule, and keep the calendar running seamlessly! 🗓️👏
Our English department embodies the ultimate “always-learning” attitude, constantly seeking feedback and new strategies to elevate their instruction.

Join us in congratulating Landon Hughes as he steps into his new position as our College and Career Director! 🎓💼
While Landon has been an integral part of our campus team for years, he’s taking his talent and technical wizardry to the next level in this new role. He’ll be working hand-in-hand with our counselors and staff to help our students explore opportunities, map out their goals, and discover the exact paths they want to pursue after graduation. 📈🚀
