☀️ Reminder: Thursday, May 28, is the last day of school and an early release day for all campuses! As we wrap up another great school year, please make plans for students to be picked up at their early release time.

🎉 Mesquite ISD is proud to announce Amber Poe as the next principal of Beasley Elementary School!

Ms. Poe brings more than a decade of experience in public education and most recently served as an assistant principal at West Mesquite High School.

Prior to coming to Mesquite ISD, Ms. Poe served as an elementary assistant principal in Irving ISD. During her time in Irving ISD, she also worked as an academic specialist, Title I specialist and reading interventionist.

Ms. Poe earned a Bachelor of Science in education with a focus on elementary education from Northeastern State University and a Master of Arts in educational administration and supervision from Governors State University.
